The given two maps paln A and B illustrate the changes in helath centre in the year 2005 and the present day.

It is evident from the graph that in 2005, the main entrance was located in front of the helath centre with 12 spaces of car parking.form the main entrance the big hall available and there were located in reception desk and seats available for people. Moreover, in east side there were two counselting room were available, while the west side one consulting room and office were situated. From the north side it was big physiotherapy room was available, and outside the building big garden was situated for people to feel relaxed.

Nowadays, the helath centre are expand with 30 spaces of car parking. Building entrance would be changed and situate in Southwest side. There are 4 consulting room are widely available in and it change their area. Consulting room 1 and 2 locate in South side and 3 and 4 in east side. The receptionist desk replace in Southwest side and add new childern play area. Furthermore, in North side a minor opration room added beside physiotherapy room.

Overall, it can be stated that in the past their were plenty of area available but nowadays it improves with consulting room , children’s play ground and opration room.
