Dear Sir / Madam,

My name is Kalyanikutty, and I am writing this letter to inquire about the status of the job interview, that I attended at your company last week. I was one of the candidate from the evening session.

I applied for the post of software manager at your company, and my interview took place on 10 th June, which requires post graduation in the said area and relevant experiences of 3 years, and a good communication skill.

I am confident that interview went well and as I successfully proved my qualifications and suitability for the post. Also I provide accurate response to all the questions posed by the interviewer. I strongly believed that I fulfilled all the prerequisites for this position.

I kindly request to give the detailed feed back of my interview to understand that whether i have been selected or not to the said post.

I am looking forward to hearing from you regarding this matter.
