Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter regarding a claim of insurance. Couple of days ago, I went to Square one shopping mall, While there I lost my latest phone Iphone 17 pro max, 256 Gb in orange color. Fortunately, I had insurance for that coverage which gave me little satisfaction.

This incident happened in the north food court of the mall. I went to bring my food and unfortunately left my phone on the table and when I come back and found it was not there. I asked some of people who are sitting around that table they did not know anything regarding that incident. However, I complained to the security service over there but still did not received any information.

I have attached complain report with this letter along with my phone documentation. I hope you will provide your assistance as promptly as possible. As the device protection insurance policy covered the lost and theft incidents with a replacement of new or refurbished device. It would be really appriciated if I will receive the shipment as soon as possible because without phone there are lots of things are pending to do.
