Dear Online retailer,
I am writing this letter to make a complaint of a device I purchased two weeks ago. I bought a printer on February 16th, 2026. The description of the product on the website stated ‘before use charge fully’ and read the manual carefully. I was able to use the device after adhering to the instuctions for a complete one week.
However, the second week of using my device I realized the printer was not coming on. I thought it was a situation of low battery, so I charged it but to my greatest surprise it did not come on which left me worried. I decided to re-read the manual but no instrustions were given for this situation. Due to the printer not coming on; I have not been able to print or scan documents which puts me behind my schedules.
I suggest to send the printer back to your company for a proper re examination from your experts in order to detect the fault and fix it or replace if needed. I hope my request will be considered. I eagerly await your response.
