To whom may concern,

I am writing this messege to inform you with my recent purchased item from your online store. I bought the 20 litre microwave, brand electrolux; model WTR4480 on 25th January 2026. When I recieved the parcel from the delivery this morning, and I saw some dented on a top conner of a box. I decided to film while opening the package, luckly noting damage on the item but when I try to plug in the power; it shows no light on the controller screen. Later, I had move the microwave and tested other powerpoint, samething happened. I had been contact to the chat support on your online page and reaching by called to the shop multiple time, but seems no one answer me, therefore I am really disapointed with un-expect lacking of support.

Would you please get back to me as soon as you can, to solve this matter or please take this faulty item back with the replacement. Otherwhile, I might need to comment on the google review about the service after purchesed from your online store, if I have not recieve any assist by the end of today.
