Dear Mala,

I am writing to tell you that your dogs are sometimes breaking my fence as they are trying to enter our premises. As you awear, they damaged to my organic vegetable garden on last week and it was a vast loss of my weekly income. It is a significant issue for ensuring my privacy and security.

I suggest that when we repair it with heavy concrete pillars, the dogs will not be able to damage it. I would prefer to maintain a peaceful and tranquil environment; hence, this will have a pivotal impact and be a massive advantage.

I would sincerely appreciate it if you could contribute half of the cost of the full repair, since I am unable to bear the full cost. I will get a quotation from a contractor tomorrow and will let you know your portion.
