I hope you are doing well. I am writing to talk about a small problem that has been bothering me recently. Trouble I have been through is with your animals.
As you know we have fence right outside our houses. As we share the same fence, I am having troubles. So last night your dog was barking so loudly, and when I looked out, some of my flowers as well as part of my floor was damaged. I stood here, inside, for my safety.
As the fence is damaged too, I am gonna buy a new one and it should be installed as soon as possible. I will buy a new fence made of metal, and I will make sure it is stronger. I think it is better for both of us to be safe.
I would like to emphasize that this is your fault. But by that, I am not saying that you should pay the full amount for the new fence. Because I live here too and we use the fence equally. So I kindly ask you to pay half of the money.
I hope you got me, and I really hope we will not get in an arguement because of that. I desire we can find a good solution for both sides, and we can stay on good terms as neighbours.
