To the School Principal:
Good day! I am writing this letter to formally request your good office to conduct our class reunion at our alma matter. This school has given us the right foundations to be successful in life and the right environment to give us memorable experiences we made with each other. As such, we are planning our first reunion as a class where it all began.
If possible, we want to schedule the reunion exactly one month from now, June 16, 2026 on Tuesday. If the school is booked during that time, we can also move around everyone’s schedule and make it on a weekend. The best alternatives for us will be on June 20, 2026 on a Saturday or on June 21, 2026 on a Sunday.
As we are a big group, consisting of 154 people in attendance, we want to book both the gymnasium and the whole parking lot. Lighting and sounds equipments are also necessary for the whole functions. For tables, chairs, and other furnitures needed, we are looking at a third-party supplier for that so it won’t be necessary to book that on your end.
For man-power, aisde from school security, all support we need will also be a part of the contract we will be making with the supplier. Please cascade this information to relevant staff.
We appreciate your time and help with this matter and we are waiting for your most favorable response.
Kind regards,
Shin Taira
