Dear neighbour

I hope you are doing well, I´m writing this letter because I need talk with you about that some problems with your animals, expecially the cows.

The problem is that your animals constantly pass for my garden and they eat all my flowers. I know that it’s not your fault, it’s the fault of the old fence that’s between our properties. These fence have more than fifteen years, therefore it’s really easy for your animals pass.

So, the form to solve this problem is change the old fence and install a new. This would help both us. The new fence cost is two hundred dollars, What do you think if pays half of the cost? since, we share de fence and it’s beneficial for your animals and my garden. Tell me that do you think about my proposal.
