Dear Customer Service Department,

I am writing to inform you about a problem with a device that I recently purchased from your store.

The device is a smartphone (Model XYZ), which I bought on 15 January 2026. At first, it worked perfectly, but after a few weeks of use, I started facing an issue.

The main fault is that the phone suddenly switches off on its own, even when the battery is fully charged. In addition, it overheats during normal use, which makes it difficult and unsafe to use.

I would appreciate it if you could either repair the device or replace it with a new one. If this is not possible, I kindly request a full refund, as the device is still under warranty.

I have attached a copy of the receipt for your reference. I hope you will resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your time and cooperation.
