Dear customer service,

Hello, I hope this finds you in good health. I’m a customer who purchased a product from your website recently, and I regret to say the item has so many issues that it is completely beyond usage. First and foremost, the package that it arrived in was in such a state of disarray that I’m sure effected the quality of the product. The product has scars and irreparable damage that has made it unrecognizable. To top it all off, the item itself refuses to turn on.

I have read the instuction manual from start to finish, and carefully did exactly as I was told in said manual, and yet the product refuses to budge in the slightest. I’ve even purchased new batteries and chargers in hopes that I could revive this lost cause of a device, with no headway whatsoever.

As I’ve paid full price for an item that is so far removed from what I was promised, I’m expecting a full refund. If possible, I would like this product resent with guaranteed full opperation and no issues. With all due respect, these niceties are the least you could provide after the distress your product put me through.
