I bought a microwave three days ago from your company. I ordered the microwave from one of your staff through your social media platform. Upon testing the appliance after receiving it, I noticed that the device doesn’t work properly so I called your colleague and told her about the issue but nothing has been done about it.
Right after the dispatch rider delivered the microwave, I wanted to be sure it was in good condition so I arranged it it perfectly and went ahead to test it. To my surprise, I struggled before the switch even came on. When the power button finally worked, the microwave could not warm any food so I called your retailer to complain.
I recommend that all electrical appliances have to be tested before sending it out to clients. Also retailers should respond swiftly to complaints when they are made because there has been no response to mine. Delivery personnels should also wait for customers to confirm that the device works before they leave.
