The reason why I am addressing to you I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service that I received from your hotel.
A few days ago, I have booked a room at your hotel from hotel website . Yet , I faced to with some problems. Such as Central heating and staff .
Firstly, you mentioned that “it is a one of the five-star hotel in Paris and it is full of all convenience in hotel’s website. But, I have a problem with hotel’s central heating system . It was very bad. As a result of I was cold and It was cause to damaged my health. Another problem is that your staff was very rude and unhelpful. When I asked the kitchen from one of the hotel employee , He was shouting out me .
I would be grateful if you could refund money that I paid and improving central heating system and staff .
