Depicted in the diagram is how aluminium cans are recycled within six weeks.
As can be seen in the procees, used aluminium cans have to be undertaken totally 10 steps before becming a new product.
At the beginning, the wasted cans made of aluminium are collected and transported into a particular factory, where they are categorized before wtaer purification. In the next stage, all cans are crushed and converted into big cubes in order to facilitate transporting. The resulting products enter the processing stage with technological machines, then are cleansed more thoroughly by chemicals in order to eliminate any impurities.
After the erasing step, the semi-ready products are heated, which result in the liquid form of aluminium. As a consequence, it is put into various moulds to reshape, being cooled off and being measured the weight afterwards. Having passed the weighting process, it enters the rolling machine to flatten the surface and then manufactered into new cans, ready for commercial use.
