Our system will evaluate the answer based on this AI-generated description.
The image consists of two floor plans labeled "Central Library 20 years ago" and "Central Library today," illustrating changes in the library’s layout and features over time. The "Central Library 20 years ago" contains specific sections positioned around a central reading room with newspapers & magazines, including areas dedicated to CDs, videos, computer games, adult fiction books, children's books, adult non-fiction books, as well as tables & chairs, and an enquiry desk handling tickets and book returns near the entrance. In contrast, "Central Library today" shows a revised layout including a separate lecture room, a computer room, areas for children's fiction books, adult fiction books, all reference books, and the introduction of self-service machines. Additional comfort and interaction areas such as sofas and storytelling events spaces are also depicted. Core functionalities like an information desk and a café have been added, enhancing the library's utility and visitor experience. Both plans share a common entrance, though the library’s internal distribution and services have been significantly overhauled to presumably adapt to modern needs and technology trends.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The chart compares the layout of a public library 20 years ago with today.

Overall, almost the whole layout ,whether it’s how big the rooms are, where the entrances to the rooms are placed and the purposes for the rooms, changed over the last 20 years.

The room ,containing the children’s books, is moved to the upper left side room;moreover, they added two sofas facing eachother, and currently used as the room for storytelling events. In the past it is used as where the CDs, videos and computer games where placed. In addition, CD room stayed in the same part of the library but moved left side of the entrance and is called Computer room in today’s layout. Furthermore, the rom where the children’s book used to belong is now a lecture room.

The enquiry desk;located on the right side of the entrance, where the visitors used to return their books and tickets is now used as a cafe. In front of that cafe there used to be adult non-fiction books, whereas, that part is holding the same purpose as the enquiry desk with an information desk located in the middle, self-service machines and adult fiction books located on each side of it. The chairs and tables located in the middle has been removed, and they changed adult fiction books to all reference books.
