Overall, it is clear that there have been significant changes between the two floor plans. Notably, a computer room, café, and lecture room have been established, while the computer games room, as well as tables and chairs, have been removed.
Twenty years ago, the library included a room for CDs, videos, computer games, and children’s books located in the northeast and northwest corners. In the center, there were chairs and tables, with adult fiction books on the left and adult non-fiction books on the right. The reading room and enquiry room were positioned in the southeast and southwest corners of the floor.
In recent times, the children’s fiction room has been replaced by a computer room, which is now used for storytelling events. Additionally, an information desk has been set up on the east side of the floor. The lecture room and café have also been newly built, replacing the children’s books room and the enquiry desk.
