The New Design of the industrial area for the future is planned in the town of Norbiton in the given maps. The expansion of the region depicts that industrial sector will be replaced by residential area, moreover some facilities including school, playground, hospital are also added for convenience.
Firstly, industrial units are substituted with local housing and some facilities, like in the east a school will be built. In between the two housing units, development of a garden is planned for people. The medical center and the shops are opposite each other and separated by a previously built road.
Secondly, the newly constructed bridge over the river and the road facing north for better connectivity towards the farmland where a hosing residency is also planned. While the areas in the west and some of the farmland will remain same but one new roundabout will be built on the existing road which is parallel to the river.
