As is evident from the table, detached, flat or apartment, terraced houses are the most popular among dwellers in the Central, Green Park, Southberg area. Notably, semi-detached houses are uncommon in both Green Park and Southberg areas. It is discernible that the Central area has the highest population, while the opposite is true for the Green Park area

In terms of the Central area, where 32,1000 people live, detached houses have the highest figure at 39%, which is significantly higher than semi-detached at 28%. Meanwhile, the figures for the flat and terraced houses are roughly similar, at about 17%. Regarding the Southberg area that has 32,000 dwellers, terraced houses are the most popular type at 56%, doubling than that of the apartment. Additionally, detached houses account for 14%, which is approximately three times higher than that of semi-detached, at 5%.

As to the Green Park area, which has 32,000 individuals, the flat is the dominant type of house at 76%, far exceeding the figure for terraced houses at 14%. Moreover, an equal share of 55 could be recorded in both semi-detached and detached houses.
