Overall, it is evident that the number of people residing in three regions is quite similar, however there are significant differences in their choosing types of house.
In the central area, the percentages of people living in house is highest at 39%, which is 28% more than the proportion of those living in semi-detached houses. Additionally, only 18% and 15% the population in the central area resides in terraced homes and flat respectively.
In Green park area, flats are the most popular choice, accounting for 76% of the population, troubling the data of terraced houses at 14%. The number of people living in semi-detached and detached seem as equal, with each type representing 5%.
In Southberg aream, 56% of the population prefers to live in terraced houses, flat is the second highest choice at 25%. Only 5% people of individuals reside in semi-detached homes, that is about 9% less than the proportion of people living in detached houses.
