The table represents information about sales of Fairtrade-labelled coffee and bananas in millions of euros in the UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, and Sweden between 1999 and 2004.
Looking at the table, it can be clearly seen that all countries had the same trend in sales of coffee as they all increased over the period. However, only three counties succeeded in sales of both coffee and bananas during this period and indicators of Sweden and Denmark decreased.
The sales leader of fairtrade-labelled of coffee in 1999 was Switzerland with 1.8 million of euros sales, nevertheless in 2004 the first position was taken by UK with the indicator of 20 million of euros sales.
Fairtrade-labelled bananas in 1999 were sold best by Switzerland as well and moreover, in 2004 it did not lose its position and only boosted its sales indicators of bananas from 15 to 47 millions of euros.
The worst saler of coffee and bananas both in 1999 and 2004 was Sweden.
