The table gives information about the number of postgraduates in California’s top universities in three of the most famous majors in the country. Overall, it is clear that the most common major is Computer Science which has the highest number of students in the universities, while Mechanical Engineering and Business have the lowest number of students in the four universities.
Considering Computer Science, California Technical University allocates the largest amount, accounting for 930 graduates, compared with Stanford University 600 graduates. University of California in Berkeley and the University of Southern California significantly less, compared with 230 and 240 graduates, respectively.
Mechanical engineering, Stanford University released 590 graduates, followed by the California Technical University with 300 graduates. The University of Southern California and the University of California in Berkeley gradually decrease to 150 and 140 graduates, respectively.
Major in Business, the most popular Standford university with 360 graduates, while students at the University of California in Berkeley and University of Southern California students, the latter at 220 graduates, the former at 180 graduates. By contrast, representing much lower California Techincal University students to 90 graduates.
