The two charts provide information on the lifespan in 2008 and rise in life expectancy from 1996 and 2008 in four countries (Japan, Korea, US, Indonesia).
Overall, the largest life expectancy was registered for Japanese people, while Indonesian people come at the end of the spectrum. As for the alterations in lifespan, the Indonesian, on the contrary, had the most pronounced rise over the years and the US experienced the least pronounced growth.
In terms of the life expectancy, the leading country is Japan with 82.7%, which is substantially higher that for Indonesia (70.9%). The level in Korea accounted for 79.2% – 2% higher than in Indonesia.
Indonesia had the most drastic increase for 14.1% in compared to other countries, which is almost twice as high as Japan with 5.1%. The US witnessed a mere 3.2% of rise, and Korea saw a 9.3% growth that is twice more.
