The given pie charts delineate the proportion of the purposes of travel for passengers using four distinctive UK airports in 2016.

Overall, visiting friends and family was the main travelling purpose of passengers at Luton Airport and Stansted Airport. However at Gatwick Airport and Heathrow Airport, most of travellers went on holiday as the main reason.

Regarding Luton Airport and Stansted Airport, both passengers of the airports visiting friends and family as the reason for them to travel, with 50%, which take half of the total. The percentage of passengers’s purpose for holiday ranked 36% at either airports. The last position go to bussiness with 14% and 18% at Stansted Airport and Luton Airport, respectively.

Concerning the two remaining airports, Gatwick Airport witnessed the passengers with the purpose of went on holiday took 54% in total, whereas the perentage of holiday purpose only accounted for 35%.
