The diagram ilustrates the process of how a fish pie product is produced. It show the prosess as production line. This passage describes about the important prosess and the relationship with the entire production line.
Overall, the production consist of three main process, that are inspecting, wraping, and freezing. Each main process consist of some processing steps. The entire process convert raw potatoes and fresh salmon into frozen fish pie. This product is wrapped in a microwaveable container as the finished product.
From the delivery stage, it show the delivery of raw potatoes and fresh salmon. While the delivery of raw potatoes is up to a month, the delivery of fresh salmon is only 12 or less, include the salting and steaming prosess. After the delivery, potatoes need to be cooked through cleaning, peeling, slicing, boiling, and chilling. Following the cooking stage, the cooked potatoes are stored before next to the wrapping process.
At the same (simultaneously) time with processing potatoes, steamed salmon have to be processed too through the inspecting process. After that, some additional ingredients is added, that are prepared peas and sauce. Subsequently, all ingredients mixed together for the wraping process. After fish pies are wrapped in a microwaveable container, these are freezed and stored as the finished product.
