The given line graph illustrates the enquiries made to tourist information office through various means in the first half of the year 2011.
Overall, it is evident from the graph that, the number of enquiries made in person have increased considerably and the number of searching information by emails or letters have decreased.
In January, the number of enquiries made by telephones was leading with 600 calls and had a small fluctuation in February, but again rose back to the previous numbers to remain the same till April. After that it grew rapidly to above 1000 by June. Meanwhile, personally collecting information was the least used method. However, it grew rapidly from 400 in January to March and remained stable until April and again rose to reach a number of 1200 by June.
In contrast, enquiry by emails and letters which was in the second place in the beginning of the year almost remained same until March. After that, it fell gradually from 600 and reached 400 by May. Then, it fell rapidly to a low of 200 in June.
