In 2000, most people used cars to go to work, which recorded about 60%. This figure was followed by the proportion of people who used public transport, at about 25%. The number of people who went to work by foot was approximately 10%, while few people used bicycle to work.
However, in 2020, the proportion of people that used cars recorded the highest figure, although this value reduced when compared to that of year 2000. Whereas the percentage of commuters that used public transport increased when compared to that of year 2000, it recorded around 30%. Moreover the people who went to work by foot and those who cycled to work was at 10%.
