The bar chart illustrates the figure of both male and female students studying six art-related subjects at a UK Higher education institution in 2021 period.

Overall, it is noticable that proportion of female students was dominance in most part of subjects. Most number of students studied in English language and literature whereas the least amount of male students where in philosophy compared to History and archeology at female group.

Male enrollment figure for English language and literature were around 225, being highest figure of male students on one subject. On other hand , the least significant number was related to philsophy reaching 50 students. Where as , History and Archeology surpassed philosophy by only 40. The number of male learners in Linguistics , Art and design and Communication and Media stud was 180 , 170 and 210 respectively in the year 2011.

The figure of female enrolled into English language and literature was 250, being the highest amount of students in whole chart. The female lowest number stood for History and archeology at 120 students. However art and design section was quite unique it is the only section were amount of female student were lower compared to male with just only 20 students. The sum of females who studied at Linguistics , philosophy and Communication and media stud were 240 , 150 and 230 in that order.
