Firstly, we can see that the vast majority of people work in accounting, starting at twenty-thousand workers in 2009 then reaching a high peak in 2010, at around 27,500 workers in the year 2010, then lowering again in 2011 at twenty-two thousand in 2011 and decreased furthermore to settle at twenty-one thousand in 2012.
Secondly, it is evident that cooking is a much less populated field compared to accounting. Starting in 2009, there are around sixteen-thousand workers however it takes a sudden dip in 2010, reaching its minimum at fifteen-thousand. Then it rises again to eighteen-thousand in 2011 and only stlighly decreases to sixteen thousand workers.
