The two bar graph below provides information about the amount of people married and divorced in eight different countries. Both graphs compares the data statistics between 1981 and 1994, which had 13 years gap.
The first bar graph shows how many couples have gotten married in both years. As can be seen, the highest number of married couples have taken place in the United States of America, specifically in 1981. The French people in 1994 had the lowest rate of married couples. Meanwhile, the people in Denmark also had lower interest in getting married in 1981. Japanese people had the most stable rate of couples getting married among six countries.
The second bar graph illustrates the amount of married couples that had decided to get a divorce in two different years. Ironically, it can be apparent from the graph that Americans had the highest number of divorce compared to other countries. Although at the same time, they also had the highest rate of married couples in both years. As can also be seen, italians in 1981 and 1994 had the most devoted marriages. Therefore, the data shows that they have the lowest rate of divorce. And the poeple from Germany had the most stable rate in getting a divorce in two different years.
In conclusion, the people in the United States of America had the highest rate of people getting married and also getting divorced in both years. Although, the married ratio is double the amount of the divorced. Both charts show that in 13 years the amount of married and divorced couples could change as years pass.
