The bar chart gives information about various modes of transporting goods used by a country from 2010 to 2012.
During this period, the percentage of exports transported by sea rose significantly, mantaining a dominat position. In 2012, approximately half of the goods were moved using this way of transportation, being the biggest proportion among the other modes illustrated in the chart. In contrast, the lowest percentage was seen in road transportation with just over 10% in 2011.
While transport by road remained relatively stable, the amount of goods moved by air steadily decreased throughout the entire period, dropping from about 25% in 2010 to nearly 15% in 2012.
In conclusion, the most efficient mode of transporting exports has proven to be by sea, moving more than half the goods of the country. While the lowest proportion was held by the road mode in 2010, the least used way over the years has become air transportation.
