This bar graph illustrates the employment level of both genders in different sorts of jobs in the UK in 2005.
Overall, women tend to be more interested in administrative and secretarial industry, while among men personal service were not engaging for them. Similar proportion of two genders work in elementary occupations, which are labourers and catering assistance. However men were common in managerial jobs, such as skilled trades, managers and senior officials, the opposite gender were not involved in process, plant and machine operatives.
In detail, the rate of female employees in administrative and secretarial sector peaked at over 20%,by comparison with male, they were approximately 5 %.In personal services for every seven female employees there was one male, accounting for below 5%. The elementary sphere had almost similar proportions between males and females, men accounted for above 10% and women was roughly the same percentage.
Nevertheless, 20% of men were in skilled trades, being about ten times more likely than women. in the process, plant operatives, men made up over 10% , whereas only 2% were women.
