The bar chart illustrates the figures for men and women who studied engineering in an Australian college in 1992, 2002, and 2012.
In general, the whole chart presented a fluctuation pattern, when its the highest figure indicated for men and the opposite was true for women. Men’s lead its fluctuation and remained from the first year, while women’s steadily soared further over time.
The number of male attendees in engineering class peaked at 14.000, dominated the general graphs, in contrast with women’s, who only reached approximately 14% of the largest. However, the figure for male students jumped down to 12.000, and remained its that number until 2012.
Regarding women, since 1992, it increased to a gap of more than 2000 people, but still accounted for a triple in that data for men. All of a sudden, half of the men were women, and more students had enrolled in the college in 2012.
