The graph compares the proportion of Australian citizens in different genders and various age groups who had frequent training In 2010.
As can be seen in the chart, women had always have the largest ratio except in the 15 to 24 age group.
From the bar chart, it is clear that in the age group of 15 to 24, men had the largest portion of regular training with 52.8 percent in 2010. However, when Australian residents had gotten older, women got more portion. For instance, the figures of women who had frequent physical activity in 2010, were approximately 53.3 percent of overall athletes in the age group 45 to 54. After that, an opposite trend can be seen as the portions of athlete males and females became closer. It is obvious that in the elderly age group, the ratio of two genders were closest together with merely 0.4 percent difference. Needless to say that the lowest portion in 2010, was belong to men in 35 to 44 age group with about 39.5 percent and the highest ratio ever was for women in 45 to 54 age group with circa 53.3 percent.
