Overall, most Australian women enjoy exercising more than men, except for the youngest group ranging from 15 to 24 years old. Moreover, females’ proportions in every group exceed 47%, while males’ generally taken a percentage less than 47%.
To begin with, the proportion of men in Australia doing physical exercises in the 25 to 34 group has an approximately 10% drop to 42.2%, compared with the youngest age group which occupied 52.8%. Meanwhile, the fractions of females’ occupations having formal exercise activities in younger than 65 age groups are escalating, except the people in the 65 and over group saw a 6% reduction than the pervious group.
Additionally, apart from individuals in the youngest age group, in the rest groups, females have a higher percentage than males, with the largest gap being 12% in the 35 to 44 group. However, in the last group, there is only a light disparity in the ratios.
