The bar chart illustrates the percentage of internet access across four different income groups from 2000 to 2010.
Interestingly the lowest, second and third income groups show a similar trend and consistent increasing pattern whereas the highest income group has different internet access growth percentage.
For instance, the third income households internet access ratio was 75% in 2010 and that became 85% in 2020. That means their internet access has increased by 10%. In contrast, the highest income households had 65% internet access in 2010 which had increased by only 5% and become 70% in 2020.
The lowest income groups have grown by 10% which is same by ratio as second income group. Though from 2000 to 2015, the growth across bottom three income groups was consistent and slow, it shows a sharp rise from 2018 to 2020.
On the contrary, the high income groups show steadily same increasing pattern throughout the twenty years
