The third group surprisingly have more access in the two compared years, about 75% in 2010 and more than 80% in 2020, compared to the highest income group which only have the 2010’s of third income group percentage in 2020, and slightly more than 60% in 2010.

Next, there is the second income group which is less than 60% in 2010 and more than 60% in 2020, followed by the lowest income group which suggest around 35% in 2010 and about 65% in 2020.
