Overall, watching TV allocated largest proportion among children, while art dedicated the least amount of children. It is also worth mentioning that reading and riding the bike remained in the middle range.
Focusing on percentage of watching TV, 12-16 years old children came out on top with a staggering 98%, with 9-12 years old and 5-8 years old followed behind with 92% and 91%.
Regarding riding the bike, 12-16 years old age group standed at the forefront with 82%, which followed by 5-8 years old children with 78%. 9-12 years old age category was less active in riding the bike at 63%. In the category reading, percentage of 9-11, 12-16 age categories were same at 70% while 5-8 age group comprised 62%.
In contrast, 5-8 years old Australian children were active in art at 60%, which followed by 9-11 years old category with 55%. 12-16 years old group allocated the least amount of percentage to 40%.
