Overall, the non-OPEC countries rates have declined year by year rather than the OPEC Middle East countires.

The total oil production in the world was just above 10 million barrels per day from 1980 to 2000. in this periot, non-OPEC countries did five times more than OPEC Middle East countires in this periot with 10 million barrels. The Other OPEC countires started manufacturing in 2000 with average 5 million barrel and this more than the almost one thirth of total production between 2000 and 2010. In addition,total production reached a peak in these years with approximately 20 million barrel per day. Between 2010 and 2020, OPEC Middle East countires rates significantly soar and it reached more than just 15 million barrels. Total production of Non and Other OPEC countries have nearly 3 million barrel.
