Overall, all 6 out of 10 categories are dominated by young workers, although both money and job satisfaction were slightly different by just 5% for both factors. However, both factors like competent boss and respect from colleagues were dominated by old workers although both of them are even close. Lastly, both aspects like team spirit and work environment were balanced by both workers.
In terms of the categories with greater similarity, for both ages, 60% of team spirit and 30% for the environment impacts their work performances. The reported figures are also similar for the money (65% for older and 70% for younger), job satisfaction (55% for younger and 50% for older), respect for colleagues (38% for younger and 42% for older), and competent boss (50% for older and 47% for younger).
There is significant difference in terms of chances for personal growth and job security were twice difference, dominated by young employees. Meanwhile, promotion prospects from young employees shows 80%, compared to older employees, the chart data shows 35% lower compared to young employees.
