However, the United States occupied the second position by production and utilization of electricity (nearly 4099 and 3866 billion kwh) notably. Russia, Japan, and India generated electricity between 800 to 1100 billion kwh, and utilized between 600 to 1100, represeted as moderate genertors and users of it.
