To begin with, from 1995 to 1996, the local call figure started with 72 percent, and it rapidly increased to 89 percent. In contrast, mobile calls accounted for only 4% at first, which approximately rose, with almost 9 percent. Additionally, the national and international numbers have a quite remaining central, with 37% to 49%.
Secondly, in the years of 1999 to 2002, the local call met a dramatic decrease, from 90% to 72%. On the other hand, mobile calls had great growth at the end of the period, rising from 13% to 45%. Lastly, the national and international number had a not bad result, depicting 11%, which increased from 40% to 61%.
