The chart illustrates the proportion of women pursed a higher education in five different countries namely the UK, the USA, Australia, South Korea and France in 35 years span.
Overall, there was increament in all the countries whereas Australia lied under the constant position.
In 1980, Australia had the highest percentage of female entering higher education around 58%, followed by France around 50%. The UK and the USA reported similar data just under 40%, while South Korea had the lowest proportion about 15%.
By 2015, the USA percent rose to nearly 68%, while Australia in its constant stage. The UK and South Korea also showed noticeable increases, reaching approximately 55% and 30% respectively, while France had the smallest growth climbing to around 50%.
