The given bar graph compares the proportion of young people aged 18 to 20, both boys and girls, involved in different activities during a month.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the dominant sport was cycling, while hockey showed the opposite. In addition, there was a considerable difference of the player in football.
For males, soccer was the most participated game which obtained a little more than 50%. Furthermore, cycling and basketball acquired almost the same percentages of approximately 35%. Swimming got exactly 20% and hockey was considered to be the least favorite with only around 10%.
Turning to the other features, for females, cycling showed a higher number of participants than swimming. The former illustrated 40%, while the latter presented over a third (35%). Moreover, football and basketball’s percentages were about 15%. Lastly, hockey showcased the least figure and got only a little more than 0%.
