Overall, while the majority of males prefer basketball, football, and hockey, females were more engaged in the remaining activities. It is clear that cycling was suitable for both men and women.
Most of males got into the habit of playing football, with around 52%, higher, followed by the second popular activity was basketball, standing at nearly 35%. The lowest proportion of merely 10% was experienced by the group of males who enjoyed hockey. The figures for women engaged in those sports were extremely low, ranging from approximately 5% to 15%.
Turning to the remaining sports, females were interested in activities that require less energy, in comparison with males. The percentage of women who participated in cycling was accounting for 40%, higher than that figure for swimming about 5%.
