In Saudi Arabia, the percentage of individuals aged 18-29 who participated in regular exercise was 35%, representing the highest proportion among the age categories examined. This was followed by the 30-49 age group which made up 25%, while the 50+ age group represented a smallest share, at 15%.
In contrast, in Australia half of the individuals in the 30-49 age group exercised regularly, while in 40% of those aged 50+ exercised regularly. The UK reflected a slightly lower trend, where 55% of those aged 18-29 in regular exercise, followed by 45% of the 30-49 age group, and 30% of individuals aged 50.
