The bar chart compares the number of male and female overseas students of five different countries that who studied in the third year computer science course at a Canadian college. The data is divided into two groups, Networking and Database.
It can be shown that mostly students came from Asian countries like China, Malaysia and Sri Lanka, while France had the lowest figures. females are a bit higher than males, and more students prefer Networking as compared to Database.
In detail, China had the largest number of students, around 9 females and 7 males in Networking, while Database also had about 7 students in both genders. Sri Lanka was also high with about 8 females and 6 males in Networking, and few are in Database. Mlaysia showes similar pattern with Networking more popular than Database. Singapore had lower numbers, but still more females than males in Networking. France showed the least, with only 1 to 3 students in each group.
In conclusion, Chinese and Sri Lankan students was the most, and Networking was the more popular choice in almost every country.
