Overall, the homes were located in eight cities in different countries: Dubai, Singapore, Sydney, Los Angeles, Miami, Hong Kong, New York, and London, and were sold for more than 5 million USD.

Initially, Dubai had not sold many of these types of houses, but the number nearly doubled to 50 homes in 2014. Singapore, in 2009, had nearly 200 accommodation sold for more than 5 million, but in 2014, it slightly decreased. Sydney was around 160 in 2009 and grew to more than 200 in 2014. Los Angeles had nearly 180 properties sold, and in 2014, it rose to more than 200.

In 2009, Miami accommodation that cost more than 5 million USD numbered around 220 or 230, and in 2014, it rose to nearly 250-260. Hong Kong started from 400 properties and ended in 2014 with 600. New York had around 500 homes during the period, rising to 800. London started with 500 and increased to more than 1600 houses that cost more than 5 million USD.
