The aforementioned bar graph illustrates the average number of people in five types of jobs: sales, accounting, computer, nursing, and farming, in different periods of time in 2001 and 2008. Overall, it is evident that there are many fluctuations in the graph.
The first job is sales, which has the highest number of people in both periods. That is about 150,000 in 2001 and 161,000 in 2008. Following is accounting, which has 62,000 workers in 2001 and 59,000 people in 2008; there is no significant difference between them.
However, in 2001, computing and nursing have the same average number of workers, around 60,000; but in 2008, it can be seen that computing has the highest number of people, approximately 80,000, while nursing is less than that, at about 61,000.
Finally, farming has the lowest number of workers in both periods, and that is because of the low demand. In 2001, it reached around 30,000 and in 2008 approximately 20,000, which is the lowest number in these periods.
