Overall, tourism from all regions of the world declined when it turned to 2008, and as can be seen that visitors from China & Japan topped the list then a year later Australia became the highest of all. Moreover, all forms of revenue also fell but shops, some restaurants and bars services accounting to the majority of revenue by 2008.
Starting with the bar chart, both sightseers in China & Japan and Australia reached a peak at 3000 and 2800 people in 2007, respectively. Although the former had a highest number, the latter ‘s rates had just at an average of 2300. Moving onto 2008, all these figures fell down significantly; with 2500 tourists, Australia’s number surpassed China & Japan and being the country which had largest number of visitors compared to US & Canada had the lowest rates of the list.
Turning our attention to the table, in 2007, Hotel & Resort were the business form that brought in the largest revenue of all types of services with an income of 3.5 millions; second were Restaurants, Bar and Souvenir shops which as high as the first feature with 2,4 million dollars. The amount of money that four services earned in 2007 considerably dropped in 2008. There was a remarkable decreased of 3 millions and 0,9 millions in Hotel & Resort and Transportation & Travel Agent each, these two features hit the lowest of the table by 2008. Surprisingly, Restaurant, Bar and Souvenir shops turned be highest and also Tour guides, Small vendors, and other services too.
