The chart shares the proportion of the rates of individuals who ate five portions of fruits and vegies each day in the UK between 2001 and 2008.
Overall, while women more tend to healthy nutrition, children hadn’t like eating these nutrients so much and the rates of men’s nutrition was at the average level between others during the period.
In 2001, women had started with the highest indicators as always, almost 23%, and this percentage gradually increased over the period, and hit the highest point at 35% in 2006. Although it started decreasing and at the end of the period, the proportion declined just above 30%.
Children who ate useful nutrients started with the lowest indicators, like 13% , but since 2004, this rate increased rapidly and reached almost 18%. Then this figure witnessed growing tendency and reached a high of above 25% in 2007, even though then dropped toward the end of the period and reached just under 25%.
The average proportion of this data which is related to men’s diet, commensed with almost 18%. This figure remained stable till 2004, and in the year, showed just above 20%. After that, this percentage surged to almost 28%, which is a peak. Then this rate declined toward ends like other two categories, and showed almost 27%.
